You can search for providers and services using different options:

Provider Name: Type the name of a specific doctor or health care professional.
Specialty: Choose a specialty, such as family medicine, pediatrics, cardiology or behavioral health.
National Provider Identification (NPI) Number: Enter the unique 10-digit NPI for a specific provider.
Location: Search by address, city or ZIP code to find providers near you.
Facility Type: Filter your results to find hospitals, clinics or durable medical equipment (DME) providers.

The search tool will show a list of providers and facilities that match your criteria. You’ll see important details such as:
